  Twice a year we will perform the following:

  • Coil Cleaning
  • Refrigerant Levels
  • Check all Gas Pressures
  • Check all Limits and Safeties
  • Filter Cleaning / Replacing
  • Check All system electrics
  • Calibrate Thermostat (when applicable)
    
    If you need our service in between visits, we will not charge you a diagnostic fee, and you will receive a 15% discount on the repair charge.
